These Terms of Sale set out the conditions under which PepMaster Peptide Supply accepts and fulfils wholesale orders for research peptides.
These Terms of Sale govern all orders placed with PepMaster Peptide Supply ("PepMaster," "we," "us"). By submitting an order or a wholesale proposal request, the purchasing organization ("Buyer") agrees to be bound by these terms.
All products supplied by PepMaster are intended solely for laboratory research use. Products are not approved for, and may not be used for, human or veterinary administration, diagnostic use, or any clinical purpose. By placing an order, Buyer represents and warrants that:
PepMaster reserves the right to request evidence of buyer eligibility and to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a product will be used outside the scope of legitimate research.
Wholesale proposal requests submitted through this website are inquiries, not binding orders. An order is only formed once PepMaster issues a written proposal or invoice and Buyer confirms acceptance. PepMaster reserves the right to accept or decline any order.
Pricing is quoted directly in response to a wholesale proposal request and is not published on this website. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB, or by other method agreed in writing.
Estimated lead times are provided at quotation and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss passes to Buyer upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. Buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance requirements in the destination country.
Batch-specific Certificate of Analysis and related analytical documentation are made available on request to verified B2B customers for the specific lot shipped. Documentation is provided for research reference purposes and does not constitute a regulatory approval or clinical-grade certification of any kind.
Claims relating to shipment condition, quantity discrepancies, or documentation must be raised within 7 business days of delivery. Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or improperly stored are not eligible for return.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepMaster's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. PepMaster is not liable for any use of a product outside the research-use-only scope described in these terms, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
Buyer is responsible for ensuring that its purchase, import, and use of products complies with the laws and regulations of its own country, including any applicable controlled-substance, customs, or export-control requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force at the time the notice of arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, the arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the tribunal shall consist of a single arbitrator.
